Shipping is free on all watches. We use FedEx or UPS for quick worldwide shipping. Delivery time is usually 3-4 (express) or 5-7 days (regular).

Satisfaction Guarantee 
You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used. We though do not accept returns on engraved watches.

In case of returns or exchange of goods please contact us at hello@av86.com to receive a prepaid return label.

For Countries outside EU our prices is listed ex. VAT. Be aware you may have to pay import taxes according to the laws of your specific country. In case of returns we are not able to return any duties or taxes, as this is paid to and handled directly between you (the customer) and your country.

How long is the battery life of my watch?
The batteries fitted in our timepieces are expected to last around 2-4 years depending on movement type. Batteries can easily be changed at most jewelry & watch stores at a low cost.

Automatic movement maintenance  
Our timepieces are made to last a lifetime, we therefore only use high quality and well tested automatic movements. These movement types are recommended to be serviced at your local watch specialist minimum every 5 year for optimal performance and longevity.
